New WordPress Version

Finally upgraded this WordPress install to the latest version. I had been thinking about doing it for quite a while, but was serious slacking on actually doing it. Thanks to James for the push to get it done. He didnt actually push me, but more his questions on how to get install WordPress locally on his MacBook Pro got me in the mood to do web stuff. Now I just need to get back to redesigning this site, as well as my “professional” site over at samsysum.com. Just need to stop being lazy is all. 
Also installed some plug-ins. If anyone has any suggestions for a good flickr <-> wordpress plugins, and good cache plugins, or just any highly recommened “must have” plug-ins, that would be awesome. 
Also, heres a photo of an otter in hydrangeas. Its mostly to test one flickr plugin I found for now
Back to the classic WP look.

I have to upgrade WordPress to the lastest version due to security issues, which kind of broke the theme I had sorta set up for this website. Because the theme didnt look well at all, and installing a premade one messed things up a bit, we’re back to the default look for a while until. I’llg et around to making up my own theme when I can, but yah, school and what not, it’ll be a while.

Meebo.com is one of the best sites EVER on the internet. Its a site you can visit in any web browser and log on and chat with either your AIM/ICQ, Y!M (Yahoo! IM), MSN or Jabber account. I used it a ton at my job at the Library to chat during slow times, and now using a MeeboMe widget, you can chat with me now, all in your web browser! Thanks to the MeeboMe widget that I placed on the site bar of this page, you are invited to chat with me if I am logged into my Meebo account. So say hi and get to me, and look into getting Meebo and the MeeboMe widget for your own awesome uses.

Say hello to the new face of Chawposer.com. This wonderful new look and design is brought to you via Wordpress. Wordpress is a Content Management System [CMS] that built using PHP/MySQL. I swtiched to Wordpress because it offers a lot of what I’m looking for in a way to update my blog here and so forth and what not. Forums are still up, new Gallery is installed also.
